Had a little competitive fun with the fiancé on the tennis court this morning. One of our favorite things to do together lately has been playing tennis. I’ve been playing for years and Paul recently started but it’s a great way to get some exercise in while having fun. The Florida heat can be exhausting but one of my favorite ways to stay hydrated and cool in the hot sun is with vitaminwater zero squeezed. It’s the perfect way to hydrate and re-fuel with vitamins and electrolytes this summer.
At Target they sell so many different flavors of vitaminwater but I always seem to go with the lemonade flavor. It’s refreshing, light and doesn’t taste too sugary. You can find these bottles near the “enhanced water” section at the store, and they sell them individually so you don’t have to buy an entire case.
