Berries & Cream Popsicles

Greet the heat of summer with a freezerful of cool homemade popsicles. These berry filled pops are kid-friendly and a healthier dessert option than most frozen treats. One of my favorite desserts to make during these hot summer months are anything frozen. With this Florida heat – it’s almost crazy to serve anything else! Just four ingredients make up  these delicious Berries & Cream Popsicles, which makes them perfect for easy entertaining.

Any recipe that doesn’t require me to turn my oven or stove on this summer is one for me. By August I’m totally ready for fall and cooler weather. I think if I still lived up north I’d feel differently but this Florida heat is actually insane!

Not only that – I’ve been so busy with wedding planning. We’re almost at the 6 month mark and things are starting to feel a little stressful! Luckily, I did hire a planner who will be extremely helpful in keeping everything organized and on schedule. So I apologize for the lack of posts lately… but know that is what I have been up to!
