Many shrimp dishes are breaded and fried, and although delicious, there are many unnecessary calories. These shrimp are baked, and by tossing them in just garlic, olive oil and herbs, it reduces the calorie content without sacrificing flavor. Not only that, but by roasting the shrimp it will concentrate their flavor, and make this mild shellfish taste sweet and much more flavorful. They make a fabulous finger food for a party, but can also be prepared as a quick dinner too. Find this recipe and others like it on www.thepreppyhostess.com.
