Few snacks are more delicious and addicting than white cheddar popcorn. It’s one of those snacks where I could probably eat the entire bag in one sitting! So I thought, “why not make my own!” Homemade popcorn is surprisingly simple to make, not to mention much more affordable than the pre-packaged kind, and there are no added chemicals! It’s cheesy, salty, crunchy… just like what fills those bags at the store, and just as addicting.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 to 1/3 cup cheddar cheese powder (depending on taste)
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
4 cups popped popcorn
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients and toss until popcorn is coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and toss to combine.
