Calling all peanut butter and chocolate lovers! Do I have a cookie for you! If you’re a peanut butter cookie fanatic like myself, you’ll love this version that is loaded with Reese’s Pieces, and filled with melted chocolate chips. Soft and tender cookies, bursting with peanut butter goodness… this might be the best peanut butter cookie I’ve ever created. A candy filled cookie = OMG fabulous!
Soft, fluffy, peanut butter cookies are filled with Reese’s Pieces candy and tons of chocolate chips. The cookie dough is basically the glue here, holding the Reese’s Pieces and chocolate together. Each bite, you’ll get the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter, none of that just peanut butter or just chocolate, it’s all there. Which is totally necessary in my opinion. They’re super rich and super nutty, as well as the perfect companion for a tall glass of milk.
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups flour
1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add vanilla.
2. In a separate bowl, combine soda, powder and flour. Add to the peanut butter mixture slowly until combined.
3. Add Reese’s Pieces candy and chocolate chips, mix to combine.
4. Roll dough into balls, and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, or until done.
