This breakfast staple is back, but this time it’s dressed up. Who doesn’t love bagels? Dill cream cheese, thick slices of tomato, cucumber and freshly topped dill top perfectly toasted bagels. A breakfast that requires zero kitchen skills, and only requires great, fresh ingredients, is one I want to eat often.
This meal couldn’t be simpler to put together and with busy mornings who has much time to cook? Exactly. There aren’t many of us. Make sure to buy the freshest bagels possible, and toast right before serving. I kept the toppings pretty simple, but go crazy with it! Pretty much anything goes!
