Quick Taco Salad

If you’re a busy parent and your children are starting school this month, or a busy twenty-something like myself, cooking can sometimes be exhausting and overwhelming. Luckily, this month Kraft Foods and I partnered up to make cooking for the family a little less hectic and a lot more enjoyable. It’s difficult to find family friendly meals that are quick, nutritious and wholesome but luckily Kraft Foods is here to help.

In less than thirty minutes, this phenomenal Quick Taco Salad will be on the table – that’s faster than ordering takeout! Seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and ranch dressing are mixed together for a wholesome meal that is out of this world. Serve in bowls, or in taco shell bowls, similar to the ones I made. Tacos have always been one of my favorite meals, but lets be honest, sometimes they can get a little messy. This dish has all of the deliciousness of the traditional taco, with out the mess, especially if serving young children.
