When was the last time you threw a pizza party for a group of adults? It’s probably been awhile, but it’s a great idea. Some of the best parties remind us of being young. After all, what’s more fun than feeling like a kid again? Now we’re all grown up, and there is still nothing better than getting together with your friends on a Friday night for pizza. The concept may still be the same, but the pizza has changed — it’s wayyy better!

Let’s face it – pizza is always a crowd pleaser and a great menu option for a laid back dinner party. Fill the board with all of your favorite toppings: mozzarella, black olives, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, prosciutto, green and orange peppers,  onion, fresh mozzarella, arugula… the possibilities are endless. I bought a couple balls of fresh pizza dough from my grocery store and cut them into fourths. This way everyone can make their own personal pizza. It’s really fun – and who doesn’t love making their own individual pizza?
