Even though I’m a full-grown, adult with no kids of my own, this time of year still feels like back-to-school season for me. In Florida, they start school so early… it’s crazy. All I want to do is sharpen some pencils and go shopping for sweaters and brightly colored notebooks.
And, of course, there are the lunchbox cravings. Brightly colored fruit snacks, nacho cheese chips, cookies—with each passing day, the desire for the snacks of my youth grows stronger and stronger. My go-to now has been making my own snack boxes. I bought a bento style box, and filled it with healthier options.
