Natalie’s Fruit Juice and Yogurt Popsicles

It’s been such a hot summer and what better way to cool down than with an icy cold popsicle. Frozen treats are my favorite but often they can be filled with artificial colors, sweeteners and who knows what. That’s why when I have the time I like to make my own. I was so excited when Natalie’s Juice reached out to me the other day and asked me to sample some of their delicious and all-natural juice. When I saw the rainbow of bottles I thought: “Why not make some popsicles and add a little yogurt?” These Fruit Juice and Yogurt Popsicles are out of this world and dare I say you can even have them for breakfast?!

The possibilities are endless here, and it’s up to you, which flavors to mix and match. I made three different kinds: Lemonade and Strawberry Yogurt, Orange Pineapple Juice and Vanilla Yogurt and Orange Beet Juice and Orange Juice. They were all fabulous, and relatively healthy for “dessert”. It’s the perfect way to sneak in a healthy snack for your kids this summer. Or for yourself!
